January 21st, 2008So today, I decided that I was really going to bake cookies to fill THE cookie jar.
So when I got home from work tonight at 10pm, I started the baking process...
I got a new cookie press recently and thought it would "fun" to play with it tonight...
Well shortbreads are my favorite cookies (really, I haven't met a cookie I didn't eat!!)
and I thought that they would look nice when made with a cookie press...
So 201 cookies later, the cookie jar holds 116...
Believe it or not, a single batch of cookie dough made that many cookies with the press!
Sadly, I'll likely have to make more in a week!

So what kind of recipe gives you 201 cookies??? I agree, when I make cookies they don't last much longer than a few days too.
