February 14th, 2008I can't claim laziness today...
we all know the way to a mans heart is through his stomach,
and as a married mother of 3 boys,
I have 4 men to satisfy!
So today's dinner, roast beef, mashed potatoes, carrots,
guacamole and chips to snack on and this cake for dessert!
4 layers of cake and vanilla icing with of course the infamous red food colouring!
Almost time to put away the red and pull out the green!

Yummy cake.......I made heart shaped cookies.....but sadly they are all gone! A sign that they were good!
