So today,
even though rushed,
I did manage to find something that wasn't in my house to take a picture of!
I love the signs of spring everywhere!
I couldn't help myself with this picture,
it looks like the buds are springing open at that very second!
Makes you want to stand there all day and watch!

I swear to you I'm not procrastinating on my picture of the day!!
I've been doing something different at work that doesn't get me outta there til
after 1am!
So today, shortly after I got home I took my picture of the day.
That's right its 1:56 am!
Tomorrow,
I have to get up at 7 am with Hayden for his insulin
so yes, I'm a tad sleep deprived!
Happy to report,
wouldn't change a thing in my life right now!!

Dollarstore Fun

So today I bought a couple hand held battery operated
fans at the dollar store...
The hope was that at work if I got hot I could use the fan...
of course the fans don't really generate any wind,
they do however generate this...
One of the blades has lights on it and well
all day at work they were a great source of entertainment for everyone...

The best part of a gift

To me, honestly, the best part of a gift,
especially from our spouses,
is the card...
Most times I'd prefer a card without the gift!
It shows that they think of us...
and really, they have to when picking out a card!!
So this is my anniversary card...
I cried when I read it!!
On the outside as you may or may not be able to see
it says,

I Love the way you move,
the way you walk,
the way that you hug and hug
and never let go first.

On the inside...

Well, guess what?
I'm not letting go first either.

So my father is not in any way the type of man that
tells his children he loves them...
He has two dogs, tells them multiple times a day that he loves them!
His children, however, that's a different story!!
That is why on January 20th, 2006,
when my father gave this to me I was BLOWN away!

Just not something I'm used to getting from my dad,
was nice!
